Shipping Limitations
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this web site. All purchases from this web site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, it may be necessary for you to file claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Our Customer Care Specialists are available Monday-Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST to assist you with this process. While each situation is unique, we ask that you return the unsatisfactory item to our Returns department, especially if there is a quality issue. To ensure prompt processing, our Customer Care Department will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to include with your return. The delivery date is determined by using the tracking number used to ship the order to the customer. Customer bears the shipping cost incurred to mail the product back to Vedics.

Vedics offers free shipping on orders of $60 or above within the USA only. International shipping is not free.
How Long Will It Take to Receive My Refund?
Refunds are issued to your credit card as soon as your return is processed. Credits may take one billing cycle to post to your account. We apologize for not being able to refund shipping costs. (Do take advantage of our free everyday shipping on orders of $60 or more.)
Vedics may offer a 15% one-time discount to customers who write a testimonial for the products they have used. The truth of the contents of the testimonial/review is 100% the responsibility of the user.
Purchases and Payments
The company bills you through an online billing account for purchases of products. You agree to pay Company all charges at the prices then in effect for the products you or other persons using your billing account may purchase, and you authorize Company to charge your chosen payment provider for any such purchases. You agree to make payment using that selected payment method.
If you have ordered a product or service that is subject to recurring subscription charges then you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis, without requiring your prior approval from you for each recurring charge until such time as you cancel the applicable product or service. You will be notified in advance of any price changes. You may cancel a recurring subscription by providing us notice prior to shipment of the product that is subject to the subscription.
Company reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing that it makes even if it has already requested or received payment. Company may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in U.S. dollars. Charges that are not disputed within 60 days of the date charged are conclusively deemed accurate.
Fees are exclusive of taxes and you will pay or reimburse Company for all taxes arising out of this Agreement, whether assessed at the time of your purchase or are thereafter determined to have been due. “Taxes” means any sales, use and other taxes (other than taxes on Company’s income), export and import fees, customs duties and similar charges applicable to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement that are imposed by any government or other authority. You agree to promptly provide Company with legally enough tax exemption certificates for each taxing jurisdiction for which you claim exemption.
Your account will be considered delinquent if you or your payment method fails to pay the amount billed to it and that amount remains unpaid at the beginning of the next accounting cycle. Your account may be suspended, archived or purged from the Website if your account is delinquent for more than 30 days. Company may impose a charge to restore archived data from delinquent accounts. Company may choose to bill through an invoice. Full payment for invoices issued in any given month must be received by Company 30 days after the mailing date of the invoice, or the Company Service may be terminated. Unpaid invoices are subject to interest of 1% per month on any outstanding balance or the maximum permitted by law, plus all expenses of collection, including attorneys’ fees.
