Chamomile oil has been used and cherished for centuries for its unmistakable aroma and myriad benefits. Ancient Egyptians and Romans used Chamomile for bathing, relaxation, cooking, and as a perfume. It is known for calming and relaxing qualities, when taken internally. Chamomile oil is topically used to reduce the appearance of skin imperfections. It can be added to bath water to soak away stress or apply to the temples and the back of the neck. Few drops of chamomile oil to pillows, bedding, or bottoms of feet helps to relax and prepare for a restful night’s sleep. Due to Chamomile’s versatile properties, it is considered the must-have oil.

Directions 

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Internal use: Dilute one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.
